I think she died during that attack on New Otherton...when they blew up her house. Remember when Sawyer first got to her (he is such a hero--I love him!), she looked at him and said, "Charlie?" Yeah, 'cause she's DEAD.
D-E-A-D.
I think she may now know that Jack is her brother...'cause their Daddy done told her. Yep, hanging out with Daddy Dearest in the cabin, both of them reveling in their deadness.

I just can't accept that she's dead. There was no final episode, no final tribute to her. NO!
She has to be dead. All the people on the island that have visited the O6 -- Charlie, Ana Lucia, Mr. Eco, Christian-- they are all confirmed dead. So for Kate to see Claire, she has to be dead.
I don't think she died in the blast. I think she died during the night when they were camped on the way back to the beach.
I believe she's dead - granted her fully disappearing rather than there being a body is a little weird. But I think that explosion last season resulted in her dying.
That's why she left Aaron, why she can see/hang out with her dad...
I'm ok if she's dead as long as she's a reoccuring dead character - can we turn Charlie into one of those as well? :) I miss him.

I don't know. I not totally convinced either way. Denise made a good point that all the other characters that have visited the O6 are confirmed dead so that might mean that she is dead. I wish we would find out already!
